Noren Resort is a quiet 3 star resort that attaches a lot of value to families. So you will not only find bungalows for 2 people but also some for 3, 4 and even 5 persons – ideal for families with children.
The well kept bungalow resort is located at the island road about 300 metres from the sea, directly at the entrance of the southernmost village of Klong Prao Beach “Map Khang Khao”.
To the sandy beach it’s just a few minutes by foot. The locals call the southern part of Klong Prao Beach „Klong Makok Beach“. It is flat as all beaches along the west coast of Ko Chang but even at low tide the water can be reached easily as there are almost no stones in the sand. |

The eye-catcher of the Noren Resort is the almost 100 m² big swimming pool, beautifully integrated between the tropical garden, the lobby and the bungalows. Beside the main pool (depth between 1 and 2 metres) with the Jacuzzi-jets there is, of course, also a small children pool (depth 70 cm) for the young guests of the Noren-Resort. On the pool terrace there are tables and chairs as well as beach chairs with parasols for your relaxation.

Besides the big restaurant with bar and the lobby there is a parking lot where guests can park their cars or rented scooters safely. |

On the other side of the restaurant is the biggest part of the tropical garden and the above mentioned swimming pool.
The 15 well equipped detached bungalows are all located in the western part of the holiday resort.
In the lobby 2 computers are available for the guests of the Noren Resort. Those who don’t carry their own laptop can work of surf the internet there. |
From 7am to 10pm the Thai chef cooks beside fresh seafood also delicious traditional Thai specialities as well as a wide selection of European dishes. Of course you can either enjoy your meals in the restaurant, at the swimming pool or in your bungalow.
In the closer surroundings and reachable within a short walk you’ll find supermarkets, many Thai restaurants and ATMs to draw money. Also the “Wat Klong Prao”, one of the biggest temples on Ko Chang, a clinic, a dentist, pharmacies and opticians, a bakery and scooter rentals are close by.

The Noren Resort is run by the Swedish owner and eponym Martin Norén. Not only due to the good management Noren Resort developed to one of the best and most popular bungalow resorts on Koh Chang within the last years.
All bungalows at the Noren Resort are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning system, bathroom with European toilette and hot water shower, cable TV, refrigerators with mini bar, commode with mirror, wardrobe, Internet access (Wi-Fi), room service phone, safety box, king sized bed and soft down pillows.

Arrival to Noren Resort:
From the piers you will reach Noren Resort at Kong Prao Beach by pickup taxi within
about 30 minutes.
Please let the taxi driver know the name of Noren Resort before starting, or
get him to stop by knocking on the car-body (the entrance
of Noren Resort is located directly at the right hand side of the street
and is easy to find).
If you arrive by airplane
from Bangkok you can take a minibus waiting at Trat airport that
will bring you directly to Noren Resort. Please ask at the
pier or the airport for the prices of the pickup taxis
and / or minibuses.
