Also a smaller restaurant directly at the beach. In both restaurants Thai specialities, European dishes and fresh BBQ will be served. There are 6 different room categories: for information about prices and equipment read the table below.     The "Bathtub-Room" of the Plaloma Cliff Resort   The tropical garden of the Plaloma Cliff Resort   A travel agency where you can book boat trips around Ko Chang or to other islands is located. Diving schools and internet-cafés are also close by as well as Banks and teller machines. Motor bikes and snorkelling equipment can be rented. Domestic and international phone calls are possible as well as sending and receiving fax and exchange money. The management of the Plaloma Cliff Resort speaks German, English and Thai!     In front of the Seaside Doublebungalows The Cliffside Bungalows and the above shown bungalow with bathtub are located on the hill in the beautiful well-kept garden of the Plaloma Cliff Resort. On the hill near the Cliffwing Bungalows the 2 Cliffwing hotel complexes are situated. All Cliffwing rooms also have a balcony with sea or garden view and to the mountains of Ko Chang. The Seaside Bungalows are located directly at the beach in a beautiful garden and offer a wonderful view to the open sea. The Poolside rooms are situated around the beautiful swimming pool. There is no sandy beach at the Plaloma Cliff Resort (the sandy part of White Sand Beach is just about 300 meters away) but you can also swim in the sea at the rocks in front of the resort.   On the left the Poolside rooms, on the right the garden at the Seaside-Doublebungalows.   Arrival to Plaloma Cliff Resort: From the piers you will reach Plaloma Cliff Resort at White Sand Beach by pickup taxi within 20 - 30 minutes. Please let the taxi driver know the name of Plaloma Cliff Resort before starting, or get him to stop by knocking on the car-body (the entrance of Plaloma Cliff Resort is located directly at the right hand side of the street and is easy to find).   If you arrive by airplane from Bangkok you can take a minibus waiting at Trat airport that will bring you directly to Plaloma Cliff Resort. Please ask at the pier or the airport for the prices of the pickup taxis and / or minibuses.
