We examine the availability and contact
you within 72 hours.
If you agree with the reservation, you transfer
a deposit or the total amount to our account
in Switzerland
or in Germany.
If you are already in Thailand you can also
transfer to our account in Thailand.
After the deposit is on our account, you'll
get a receipt by e-mail.
After we received the full, we’ll
send you an e-mail with your Hotel-VOUCHER,
which you need for the check-in.
MORE:
We will send you
the data for the bank accounts and futher
information in our answer.
For transfers to the German or Swiss account,
we will inform you in our answer about the
exact price in Euro or Swiss Francs.
Because of additional arising withdrawal
fees we have to charge 500.- Baht extra
up to a total amount of 25.000.- Baht, if
you transfer to our European accounts.

The total amount must be on our
account at least 10 days before arrival, for bookings between
December the 16th and January the 15th at least until November
the 15th!
When the total amount cannot
be received on one of our bank accounts at least 10 days before
arrival, we can only offer the Plaloma
Cliff Resort.
In this case the total amount has to be on one of our accounts
at least 3 days before arrival.
NOTE: On short termed bookings with transfer to the German
or Swiss account it may happen that you have to transfer the
money by express, otherwise we will not be able to keep the
terms of payment of the hotels
and bungalow resorts.
Because many hotels
and bungalow resorts are often booked
full early, we kindly ask you to fill out the alternative
bookings on the booking form also. As more alternatives you
send us as higher the chances that we find free accommodation
for you.
Unfortunately we can't offer credit card payment.

answer within 72 hours please send your inquiry again and
take care that your e-mail address is correct! |

Baht, we additionally have to charge a processing fee
of 300.- Baht. |
